The nose is fruity and expressive with notes of pepper, pine and blackcurrant buds, underlined by hints of smoked wood. The palate is fluid with a delicate structure. A wine of great finesse with silky and precise tannins. Pair it with osso bucco or a seven hour roast leg of lamb.
