2022, Mayet Magnum Chianti 5 years in bottlesGrapes purchased from organically cultivated vines in the Cteaux du Vendmois, Loire Valley. The Gamay and Pineau dAunis are harvested manually and vinified separately with a spontaneous fermentation. There is a 7 day maceration of the Pineau dAunis, with 50% of destemmed grapes and 50% whole bunches. The Gamay undergoes an 18 day semi carbonic maceration. After blending, the wine ages in stainless steel before bottling. No fining, no filtration. Notes
