The aroma is characterized by ripe yellow fruit and delicate white flowers. The taste is harmonious with a rich fruitiness and a lively minerality. Ideal with grilled fish or a mild white cheese. The wine is made from Chardonnay grapes from 40 year old vines growing in chalky soil in Saint Romain. It is aged for 7 months in oak barrels, 15% of which are new.
