Spidskommen (Cumin), hel Salt provide a strong and bitterOrganic Cumin has a long tradition in Middle Eastern, Indian, North African, European and Mexican cooking. It is one of the distinctive flavours in curry powders and Mexican red sauces. The whole seeds are slightly bitter to taste, and as it can overpower other flavours, cumin should be used a little at a time. It can be gently dry roasted and cooled before cooking in order to bring out its warm aroma and subdue its bitterness.
