2017/19 ELEGIA, Primitivo di Manduria Riserva champagne he was pleasantly surprisedWS: 90 points. Produced at Primitivo and holds 15% alcohol. Again this deep ruby red color with an intense scent of black berries spiced with a faint vanilla flavor and tobacco in the finish. Full bodied wine that should definitely be enjoyed either "bar" or as a companion to richer dishes. Aged 12 months in French oak.
