The grapes for this wine grow in one of the top locations of the Saar, the Ockfener Bockstein. In this "amphitheater" of the Saar, the Riesling grapes ripen optimally, which gives the wines an exceptional aromatic intensity and complexity. These were hand picked fully ripe at the beginning of October, then brought directly to the
