Giulia Colline Novaresi D.O.C. Di Quistello Ghimel comes from 100% NegroamaroMade from 100% Nebbiolo grapes, it has a ruby red color with garnet reflections. The nose is intense, complex with fruity and floral notes and scents such as raspberry, violet, orange blossom, sweet cocoa, cedar and vanilla. In the mouth, the taste is balanced, intense, persistent, elegant and with a great personality. Excellent in combinations with braised meats, roasted red meat, game, truffled foods, hard and aged cheeses.
