The tannins are a little constrictive on the attack

Oak is a touch more evident than in most years because the fruit is not at full ripeness

crisp and dry finale that exhibits slightly better depth and persistence

this is the only Amarone we will see for a while (until the highly anticipated 2015 is released)

Caroline Morey, Chassagne Montrachet Rouge Size:6x750ml The tannins are a little(from Les Chnes and Les Chambres). Subtle but not imperceptible wood and menthol elements set off the peppery and sauvage inflected red currant scents. Once again the mouthfeel of the delicious flavors is plush and round with similar finishing length and rusticity though not quite the same complexity.
