The wine seemed to shut down a little in early 2020
it performs beautifully in more difficult vintages as well
earthy finish
There is excellent volume to the relatively powerful larger-scaled flavors that retain good refinement and particularly so on the lingering and beautifully balanced finale
Marc Sorrel, Hermitage Blanc Vintage:2012 the 2006 is still aThe 2009 Hermitage Blanc exhibits notes of acacia flowers, honeysuckle, white peach, quince and white currants. Medium bodied with good acidity, at present it is not performing any better than the more forward 2009 Crozes Hermitage Blanc.
