Balsamic Vinegar Picnic Our Heath SF location —Bariani California Balsamic Vinegar is produced in the traditional method from the juice of just harvested California zinfandel and cabernet grapes, boiled down to create the must, and then fermented slowly over a minimum of 6 years in wooden casks made of oak, mulberry, and ash. Its complex and semi sweet flavor make it a favorite in salads, with peaches or as a vinaigrette.
