Perfume Base 250ml black tourmaline grown in South Africa95% Pure alcohol with an additive to prevent internal use (this is added during manufacturing by law). You can add this to recipes as a fixative (hold the scent better and longer on the skin) and also where you need a degree of evaporation (room sprays and perfumes). The higher the percentage to more evaporation avoiding that wet spray feel. Caution: Keep container tightly closed in well ventilated space Keep away from sources of ignition (No Smoking)
